Assistance dog, Molly, awarded animal OBE

Molly, assistance dog to ICPCN Global Youth Ambassador, Lucy Watts MBE, continues to be awarded the PDSA* Order of Merit, your pet same as an OBE (Order from the British Empire). Molly is simply the 4th dog and fourteenth animal to get the PDSA Order of Merit.
